Phase 1: The design phase is a very collaborative process split into two key sections: Research and Design. We begin by creating a bespoke research pack that is tailored to you and your brand. Once we have your feedback and a better understanding of your vision we will begin designing the product onto cads (computer aided designs) and fashion illustrations until you have a completed range plan you love.

Phase 2: Now we have designed the collection of your dreams we need to create detailed instructions and measurements for the factory to make your samples. We will produce technical packs including construction methods, drawings, specifications and sourcing guides which are vital to communicate your designs with the factories.

Phase 3: Now we have your designs and technical packs ready its time to turn these into samples. We’ll work with some of the best in the business to bring these designs to life. Through fit sessions and sampling we’ll craft the best possible fit for your garments.

Phase 4: During this phase we’ll use our industry connections and experience to bring your product to life. We’ll mange the end-to-end production fitting and development process for you, from costing and sampling to final bulk delivery.
